We're looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and propose appropriate solutions to address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, pre-sales, customer success) to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in SaaS, cloud solutions, or B2B technology.
  • Proven track record in new business development and managing full sales cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience penetrating large accounts and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and navigate complex buying processes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Open to candidates authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM72,000.00 - RM96,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Solution Sales / SaaS: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Enterprise Sales: 6 years (Preferred)
