The Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and stock control.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as required.
  • Manage and maintain company documents, licenses, and insurance policies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office space.
  • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, leave applications, and time-off records.
  • Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • F & B: 3 years (Required)
  • Human resources: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
