The Job Role and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and stock control.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as required.
- Manage and maintain company documents, licenses, and insurance policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office space.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, leave applications, and time-off records.
- Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- F & B: 3 years (Required)
- Human resources: 3 years (Required)
