- Account Management:

- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of company product portfolio, including their therapeutic benefits, indications, and clinical data.
- Provide comprehensive product training to key account stakeholders.
- Stay updated on latest medical advancements and regulatory changes impacting the pharmaceutical industry.
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers within accounts.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and incorporate it into account planning and product development strategies.
- Proactively address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly report on account performance, sales trends, and market insights to senior management.
- Utilize sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust account strategies accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally with a focus on key account management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills.
