  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with their printing needs, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries.

- Manage online customer orders via email, chat, or social media platforms, ensuring timely responses and order fulfillment.

2. Sales & Upselling:

- Promote additional products and services to customers to enhance their experience and increase sales.

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

3. Google Reviews & Ratings:

- Politely request customers to leave reviews and ratings on Google Maps to help improve our online presence.

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.

4. Shop Maintenance:

- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the printing team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and shop operations.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer literacy (email, social media, and order management systems).

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

- 6 Working days: Sat to Thurs 8.45am to 5.15pm
