  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Junior)
  • RM3,800 – RM5,000 (Senior)

About the Role:

We’re a creative marketing agency looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist to join our growing team. If you're someone who lives and breathes content, has an eye for design, and understands what clicks on social media—we want you!

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and manage content (visuals, videos, captions) for all major social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.
  • Create engaging and scroll-stopping graphics, visuals, and videos that align with client branding.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external creatives to deliver quality content.
  • Keep up with social media trends to produce fresh, relevant, and platform-optimized content.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of content.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and ideas for content and strategy improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with min 1 years (junior) and min 3 years (senior) of experience in social media or content creation are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Great attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and aesthetics.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
