Job Responsibilities
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and issuing receipts.
- Help with monthly account closing and bank reconciliations.
- Organize and file financial documents and reports.
- Support the finance team in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for payment and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
