Job Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and issuing receipts.
  • Help with monthly account closing and bank reconciliations.
  • Organize and file financial documents and reports.
  • Support the finance team in budget tracking and expense monitoring.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for payment and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
