Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders; prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and arrange timely payments to suppliers.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all administrative records.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate shipments and prepare packing lists for international customers.

Requirements:

  • SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
