Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer purchase orders; prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and arrange timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all administrative records.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly on a daily basis.
- Coordinate shipments and prepare packing lists for international customers.
Requirements:
- SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
