  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
  • Practice suggestive selling and accurately take guests’ orders.
  • Set up and manage assigned workstations efficiently for daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the restaurant at all times.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and high-quality service to all guests.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with company quality standards.
  • Stay attentive to guests’ needs and ensure orders are delivered correctly.
  • Clear tables and remove used plates and cutlery promptly after guest departure.
  • Adhere to service protocols, food preparation procedures, and QSAV (Quality, Service, Ambience & Value) standards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, beverages, and services.
  • Prepare food orders according to standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
  • Monitor and replenish stock and ingredients throughout the shift.
  • Comply with sanitation and safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and temperature controls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: PMR/SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh school leavers with a passion for the F&B industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate in English and interact well with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Physically able to stand and work long hours during shifts.
  • Pleasant, polite, well-groomed, and maintains a neat appearance.
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and enjoys customer service.
  • Committed to high standards of personal hygiene and professional conduct.
  • Energetic, cheerful, friendly, and hardworking.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
