Job Description

  • All works relating to the Accounts Payable Section
  • To check, integrate and key in AP invoices
  • Filing of invoices, payment vouchers and statements of account
  • Arrange for payment, complete with all the supporting document
  • Reconciliation with suppliers’ statement on ad hoc basis and clear off long outstanding amount
  • Follow up purchase invoices and statements of account with suppliers on regular basis
  • Physical stock count verification
  • Prepare payment timely and maintain good relationship with the vendors.
  • Other related job functions that is reasonably expected
  • Other ad-hoc corporate assignments required from time to time
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/SPM and preferably possess professional qualification such as CPA/MIA.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
