Job Description
- All works relating to the Accounts Payable Section
- To check, integrate and key in AP invoices
- Filing of invoices, payment vouchers and statements of account
- Arrange for payment, complete with all the supporting document
- Reconciliation with suppliers’ statement on ad hoc basis and clear off long outstanding amount
- Follow up purchase invoices and statements of account with suppliers on regular basis
- Physical stock count verification
- Prepare payment timely and maintain good relationship with the vendors.
- Other related job functions that is reasonably expected
- Other ad-hoc corporate assignments required from time to time
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Candidate must possess Diploma/SPM and preferably possess professional qualification such as CPA/MIA.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
