-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing goods -Issue materials to Production based on the material requisition form. -Manage and maintain office documents and records. -Maintain a tidy and efficient store & office environment -Data entry work such as, record data in/ out in stock card (Excel) & Inventory system -Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits. -Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. -Resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments, inventory, or orders. Job Requirements: - Minimum education requirement: SPM - 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field. - A recent graduate or entry-level candidate is welcome to apply. - Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude, good attendance and punctual - Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures - Able to perform OT when required - Open to all races and able to speak in Mandarin will be advantage.
