Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales progress of sales & marketing
  • Monitor eSPA and submission of 7F (HIMS) , monitor EF application and approval process
  • Prepare undertaking letters and all necessary correspondence to end financiers
  • Monitor SPA, MOT and Loan agreements status
  • Monitor consent to transfer & charge
  • Prepare and handle all billings & collection including handover documents for VP
  • Prepare weekly report for management review on Sales administration status/progress

Qualifications & experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in property sales administration
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office
