  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on the mileage & expiring dates need to prepare schedules for trucks stoppage planning for servicing, repairing, inspections and etc.
  • To manage stocks inventories for workshop & PPE material by recording every issuance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and inspections requirements.
  • To prepare and filling all department related documents in order & proper by filling it accordingly to ISO requirements.
  • Based on the mileage & expiring dates need to prepare schedules for trucks stoppage planning.
  • Responsible to do booking for fleets services & Puspakom inspections accordingly
  • Communicating with 3rd party agents & Vendors for fleets insurance/ Road tax / Singapore permits/ Summons renewal or payments.
  • Responsible to generate Purchase Request Form for workshop and PPE to Procurement Team
  • To receive requested materials from suppliers and update info Acon/ PTP system

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and other commonly used software.
  • Good organizational skills and record keeping.
  • Good oral and communication skills.
  • Skills in establishing priories and managing workload.
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
