The right candidate should be an impactful and results focused business leader, with a proven track record of business accomplishments. He or she should have a proactive and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to build a high performing team.

This role is based in Johor, Malaysia and requires full-time on-site presence.


Core Responsibilities:

  • P&L leader of the site
  • Deliver year-on-year business growth
  • Accountable for site performance metrics including people, safety, quality, cost and delivery
  • Deliver customer, financial and operational results
  • Drive value creation initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of P&L experience in a manufacturing business
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience with a team of substantial size
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong execution ability
  • Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams

Education Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Associate degree with experience in a similar role will be considered
