Your Role – More Than Just Serving Food!

As a Service Crew (Waiter/Waitress), you’ll be at the heart of the restaurant, ensuring customers have an interactive, exciting, and memorable yakiniku dining experience!

  • Engage & Entertain – Interact with guests, create a lively atmosphere, and make their dining experience special.
  • Master the Grill – Serve and grill meat at the table while explaining different cuts, textures, and flavors.
  • Be a Meat & Sake Expert – Recommend the best Wagyu cuts, sake, and beer pairings to enhance the customer experience.
  • Deliver Top-Notch Service – Take orders, ensure accurate food delivery, and assist with cashier duties when needed.
  • Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene – Ensure a clean and safe dining environment following food safety regulations.
  • Be a Team Player – Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth restaurant operations.

  • No experience? No problem! Training provided.
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Food safety certification & typhoid vaccination required.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin. (Additional allowance of up to RM1,000 for those proficient in Japanese & holding a sake certification.)
