  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising all activities related to the production of goods. This includes ensuring compliance with quality control standards, enforcing safety protocols, and optimizing production efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Oversee the daily activities of Supervisors and Leaders to ensure optimal production performance.
  • Manage operator work hours to minimize overtime and control labor costs.
  • Train new operators in production fundamentals and cross-train existing operators across all production areas.
  • Analyze and resolve work-related issues and assist operators in troubleshooting problems.

Production Processes

  • Assign job orders and communicate product specifications based on established formulations.
  • Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance production methods, equipment efficiency, and product quality.
  • Ensure the work area complies with safety regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Compile and review production performance data and reports.
  • Create and manage production processes according to job orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a key user in creating and managing production data within SAP.
  • Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Ensure ISO procedures are properly implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure adequate availability of raw and general materials for uninterrupted production.

Production Planning

  • Participate in planning production schedules based on Delivery Instruction (DI).
  • Assign tasks according to job orders to meet production deadlines.
  • Set production targets and provide support to the team in achieving them.
  • Coordinate closely with the purchasing team to ensure paperboard arrival at least three days before the DI date.
  • Update daily stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent delivery shortages.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a production-related field or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production and manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of production processes and planning.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
