  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, driving revenue growth for the Royal Selangor shop and golf proshop.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate sales staff, ensuring high performance and training in product knowledge and customer service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure top-tier customer service, resolving complaints and engaging with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, implementing strategies to boost product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management, analyzing data for improvements.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that product displays are attractive and in line with promotional campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals.
  • Mandarin Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Experience & Skills: At least 2-3 years in retail or supervisory roles, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or sales software.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
