HR Policies and Compliance: • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as legal compliance. • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to policies and practices. • Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines. 5. Compensation and Benefits: • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks. • Assist in the annual salary review process and recommend adjustments as needed. • Ensure and responsible for full spectrum of Payroll (payout, statutory requirement and compliance to the local labor requirement). 6. HR Data Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. • Responsible for ensuring accuracy in the maintenance of HR Information system and benefits management Payroll Administration. • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records. • Responsible for safe keeping of employees personal file and ensure the accuracy and data are up to-date. 7. Termination and Offboarding: • Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with termination procedures. 8. General HR Administration: • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR files and documentation. • Oversee the grant application process, including researching, preparing, and submitting grant proposals. • Track and manage grant management and facilitate the consolidation of documents on grant expenditures and outcomes.
