To coordinate/maintain and effectively administer:
- Recruitment process: provides support for full life-cycle (recruiting sourcing, posting job advertisements, shortlisting, arranging interviews)
- Provide regular and updated reports of recruitment activities
- Maintain staff’s leave records and monitor staff attendance records.
- Immigration & work permits for foreign workers employment
- Staffs accommodations, hygiene and safety status.
- New hires, transfers and resignations process.
- To monitor Benefits Management Administration of medical and insurance claims (H&S and Workmen Compensation, petty cash claims on medical fees & etc.).
- Update and maintain accurate personnel data into HR system and staffs personal file.
- Administers and preparation of letters and documents related to the employment history of employees.
- Liaison with line departments on payroll related matters.
- Coordinates with accredited clinic on employee’s medical service.
- Coordinates with insurance companies and statutory bodies for employees’ insurance and medical claims.
- To coordinate monthly staff activities, quarterly birthday gatherings and occasional Hotel activities as part of sports, recreation and welfare.
- To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Employee Rules & Regulations that have been laid down.
- To set-up and maintain an efficient and systematic administration of training documentations and programs.
- Organizing Orientation Programs and to ensure that all new hires are scheduled to attend the orientation and departmental orientation program.
- To maintain close contact with local colleges, hotel schools and universities for the purposes of casual labor, part timers, casual trainees and industrial release students.
- To constantly monitor progress of individual trainees by meeting monthly with trainees feedback from Department Heads involved in the program.
- Controls stationery and office supplies.
- To administer the notice boards of the department and to ensure that all relevant and up-to-date information are available.
- To perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
