Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client HR Delivery Operations Team Lead to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver who can lead HR service delivery efforts, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless collaboration between clients and service providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving & Innovation:

    • Analyze and resolve moderately complex challenges, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.

    • Develop innovative approaches by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures to meet evolving needs.

  • Strategic Alignment & Collaboration:

    • Align team goals with the strategic direction set by senior management.

    • Collaborate primarily with direct supervisors, while occasionally engaging with peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture.

  • Decision-Making & Leadership:

    • Make impactful decisions that drive team performance and outcomes.

    • Manage small teams and/or work efforts, either as an individual contributor or as part of a client engagement.

  • HR Services Delivery:

    • Lead and oversee the delivery of HR services, including:

      • Recruitment Administration

      • HR Data Management and Reporting

      • Employee Self-Service (ESS)

      • Remuneration and Benefits Administration

      • Termination Management

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Drive improvements in workforce performance and productivity, enhancing business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs.

    • Focus on Employee Services, with a strong emphasis on query case management and resolution.

    • Ensure seamless delivery of IT services post-project go-live until project closure, as outlined in the contract.

  • Client Interaction & Service Standards:

    • Facilitate effective interaction between clients and service providers to maintain high service standards.

    • Oversee and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services across all key areas.


Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in HR services delivery, including:

    • Recruitment Administration

    • HR Data Management and Reporting

    • Employee Self-Service (ESS)

    • Remuneration and Benefits Administration

    • Termination Management

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related discipline.

  • 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in HR operations and team management.
