  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, tax submissions, and audit reports.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.
  • Work closely with project and site teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost control and process improvements.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
  • Oversee inventory and stock costing in collaboration with operations and procurement teams.
  • Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in financial software and accounting systems.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently and with teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Mandarin speaking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
