JOB DESCRIPTION
The organization is looking for an incumbent to conduct many of the following types of analyses:
- Statistical modeling to analyze data correlations and relationships.
- Database maintenance and upgrades based on variable revisions and programming updates.
- Economic and fiscal impact analyses for feasibility studies of development programs or projects.
- Trend forecasting of fiscal, demographic, economic, and market data with key policy implications.
- Benchmarking and best practices to compare economic performance across regions, programs, or organizations.
- Surveys to assess business climate perceptions and issue awareness.
- Data visualization to engage stakeholders using modern tools.
The organization is also looking for the incumbent to manage projects and programs in ensuring delivery:
- Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements.
- Define the problem and hypothesize the proposed solution.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution.
- Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to generate measurable insights and predictions.
- Qualitative research methodologies focus on market research and industry intelligence gathering to understand trends, behaviors, and perceptions.
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client.
- Develop and present an implementation plan for recommended changes.
- Support client development activities, including pursuit development and thought paper production.
- Support other divisions/departments to achieve the organization’s goal from time to time.
- Conduct any appropriate task as given by the superior from time to time.
