  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Foreman (Automotive) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the workshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle servicing and repair work. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily workshop operations and assign tasks to technicians.
  • Ensure repair and maintenance work is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards and within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct technical inspections and diagnose complex vehicle issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to technicians, including on-the-job training and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Monitor job progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Review and verify job cards, timekeeping, and work reports for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication with customers.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition and enforce housekeeping standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive workshop, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical skills in automotive systems.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and workshop operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.19 - RM3,000.60 per month
