Digital Marketing Executive
Content Creation:
· Develop compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's voice and values.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant elements into content creation.
Social Media Management:
· Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
· Schedule and publish posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the audience and address inquiries or concerns.
Audience Growth and Engagement:
· Implement strategies to increase the number of followers, likes, and shares.
· Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers and influencers.
· Analyse and leverage social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Advertising:
· Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
· Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Social Media Calendar and Reporting:
· Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
· Prepare regular reports on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
· Present findings and insights to management for strategy refinement.
Collaboration:
· Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging.
Crisis Management:
· Be prepared to respond promptly and professionally to any negative feedback or crisis situations on social media.
Social Media Trends and Platform Updates:
· Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
· Identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities for improved performance.
Compliance and Policies:
· Ensure social media activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.
Budget Management:
· Assist in managing the social media budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.
E-Commerce Planning:
· Assist in managing the market place platform such as creating a chat broadcast, edm’s and ads spend
Key Opinion Leader or Influencer sourcing:
· Ensure KOL or influencers stay updated with postings and align with the Brand DNA
· To source for new KOL or influencers every month.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
