As a Education Sales Specialist at NovaLearn, you will work closely with our leadership team to brainstorm innovative ideas, build our sales pipeline, and develop a growth strategy to drive leads and turn them into conversions.
Your responsibilities as a NovaLearn Education Sales Specialist include:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with our clients and customers (international and local schools, learning institutions, fellow edtech companies, parents of primary-school-age children)
- Actively reach out to potential leads and propose suitable solutions based on their pain points and needs
- Prepare proposals and present to clients
- Convert leads into sales for the B2B and B2C sectors
- Work with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on campaigns
- Provide continuous client and customer feedback to the Product Team
- Assist with growing the Business Development and Sales Team
- Conduct costing analysis to ensure deals are best positioned for the company
Your performance will be based on specific product adoption, onboarding, expansion, and retention metrics.
