Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and task-oriented HR Intern to join our team and focus on talent acquisition activities. This role involves actively sourcing resumes for all active positions within the company, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, driven by results, and capable of meeting daily and weekly targets.

This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, exposure to a fast-paced work environment, and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

1. Resume Sourcing & Screening

  • Actively source resumes from various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates who meet the qualifications for open roles.
  • Ensure a minimum number of contactable resumes are sourced daily as per set targets.

    2. Candidate Engagement

    • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, or LinkedIn to assess interest and suitability.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

      3. Interview Coordination

      • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
      • Meet weekly targets for arranging a specified number of interview sessions.

        4. Pipeline Management

        • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
        • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth handover of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

          5. Reporting & Metrics

          • Track and report on key metrics such as number of resumes sourced, interviews scheduled, and other relevant KPIs.
          • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.
