- Brand Promotion: Participate in company brand-building activities, increase market visibility, and expand market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- At least 3 years of business development, sales, or related experience, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Indonesian and Mandarin but knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with clients and internal teams at all levels.
- Strong market analysis, business insights, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of business negotiations, contract discussions, and the sales process.
- Strong time management and self-motivation to work effectively under pressure.
