- Perform day-to-day administrative support to department head
- Answer phone calls, messages and direct calls.
- Maintain and update filing, mailing, database, and inventory in system.
- Handle applications and renewal of licenses.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled tracking and reports.
- Daily sales order, invoice, delivery order key in.
- Able to handle enquiry and prepare quotation to client
- Maintaining accurate records
- Manage petty cash and claims
- Following up ad-hoc matters
- Assist operation manager in various task
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Good communication skill in English, Malaysia and Mandarin
- Basic account knowledge will be an advantage
- Handle Admin Jobs
- Self discipline with minimum supervision
- Have basic computer skills, excel and word as we are currently using the Autocount system
- 5 working days (8:30 am - 6 pm)
