Job Description 1. Manage MD’s daily schedule, meetings, travel, and calendar. 2. Attend and record minutes during meetings, assist in coordination tasks. 3. Act as personal driver for official meetings or errands (if required). 4. Liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and legal advisors. 5. Handle documentation for SSM, LHDN (CP204, CP500), MOF, and other regulatory bodies. 6. Maintain proper records, confidential documents, and filing systems. 7. Track internal deadlines, compile reports, and assist in business follow-ups. 8. Support MD with both business and personal errands (e.g., online purchases, appointment scheduling). Requirements a. Minimum 2–3 years experience as Personal Assistant, Admin Executive or equivalent. b. Knowledge of secretarial, tax, audit, and corporate procedures is an added advantage. c. Must possess a valid driving license (Class D) and be comfortable to drive when needed. d. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. e. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. f. Highly reliable, professional, punctual, and discreet. g. Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. h. Willing to travel or work beyond office hours when required.
