Site Supervisor

Work Location: Demak Laut JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: a) To monitor the entire construction work at site and provide progress update reports and document to ensure the project is on schedule. b) Supervise quality and progress of work and ensures that projects are completed within stipulated period and budgets. c) Able to coordinate and supervise sub-contractor, supplier and workers. Effective and efficient implementation of project in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and etc. d) To attend site meetings, project meeting, prepare work progress reports, update Site Daily Report and highlight problems or defects in construction works. e) Examine & verify material delivered to site prior to unloading. f) Monitor, supervise and control for all labours, materials, machinery, construction activities, etc. to ensure smooth and effective operation for the project. g) Monitor and Control the use and storage of materials and equipment to minimize unnecessary waste. h) Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, subcontractors, clients, suppliers and consultants on day-to-day affairs. JOB REQUIREMENT: a) Possess Diploma in M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering or any related field. b) Must having good interpersonal skills. c) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. d) At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
