Responsibilities: 1)Responsible for the overall management of the hotel; to achieve set objectives and targets, formulating, implementing and monitoring strategic policies and procedures. 2)Maintaining hotel standards towards guest satisfaction, providing high standard services, quality assurance and asset enhancement. 3)Handle and resolve management / operation problem in a professional manner, ensuring prompt action at all times. 4)Plans direct and evaluate daily operations, services standard and profitability of the hotel. 5)To perform any other duties assigned from time to time. Requirements: 1.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or other related fields. 2.3 year working experience preferably in hotel industry in similar capacity with at least two (2) years working experience in management level. 3.Experience in Human resources Management with ability in training will be an added advantage. 4.Willing to works on shifts, long hours, weekends and public holidays as and when necessary. 5.Willing to travel and relocate when required.
