  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Ensure accurate measurement and proportioning of materials based on production requirements. Quality Control Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials. Adjust water content based on moisture levels in aggregates to maintain concrete consistency. Plant Automation System Operation Operate the batching plant using automated or semi-automated control systems to maintain consistency in mix output. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure smooth operation. Reporting and Record-Keeping Maintain detailed records of each concrete batch produced (time, quantity, mix design, customer, etc.). Prepare daily production reports and submit to relevant departments. Compliance with Safety and SOPs Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at the batching plant. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the batching area. Coordination and Communication Coordinate with QA/QC teams, dispatchers, drivers, and concrete pump operators. Ensure timely batching and delivery according to the site or customer schedule.
