  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in payroll processing, staff claims, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Manage office administration duties such as handling correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for payments and documentation.
  • Support the team in document preparation, data entry, and general administrative work.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Call client to follow up on the customer feedback.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to meet auditors ,clients and suppliers for doc purposes.
