- Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll processing, staff claims, and other HR-related tasks.
- Manage office administration duties such as handling correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for payments and documentation.
- Support the team in document preparation, data entry, and general administrative work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and tax requirements.
- Call client to follow up on the customer feedback.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to meet auditors ,clients and suppliers for doc purposes.
