Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, including previous buyers, and suggest trade-in opportunities. Understand each buyer's needs and preferences to match them with the ideal vehicle. Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing outstanding service. Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Stay informed about vehicle features, capabilities, and warranties. Explain and demonstrate features of various car models. Conduct test drives to highlight key performance and comfort attributes. Sales Process: Qualify buyers by identifying their requirements and interests. Close deals by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and finalizing contracts. Prepare and complete all sales and purchasing documentation accurately. Reporting & Administration: Maintain records and generate sales reports for management. Assist with showroom setup and maintain attractive vehicle displays. Professional Development: Participate in training and stay current on industry trends and new vehicle models. Read trade publications and attend dealership educational events to continuously improve product knowledge. Team Contribution: Support dealership goals and accept responsibility for new initiatives. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence. Qualifications & Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. Knowledge of car features and automotive terminology (or willingness to learn). Sales experience preferred, especially in the automotive industry. Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
