Tele-Recruiter (Work from Home)
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Tele-Recruiter/Telemarketer to identify, attract, and onboard talented real estate agents. You will leverage your communication and relationship-building skills to engage prospects, showcase our company’s offerings, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of contract renewal based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively source real estate agent leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Cold & Warm Outreach: Conduct calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospective agents.
- Talent Screening: Assess candidates’ qualifications, goals, and alignment with the company’s values.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using a CRM system.
- Promote Value: Effectively communicate the benefits and growth opportunities of joining our team.
- Follow-Up: Ensure prospects remain engaged and collaborate with the onboarding team.
- Collaboration: Partner with leadership to meet recruitment goals and refine outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in tele-recruiting, telemarketing, or sales. Experience in real estate recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to build instant rapport with potential clients through confident, engaging conversations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc.) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
2. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and/or property sales is a significant advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus but not required.
3. Other Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, adaptable, and trustworthy with a commitment to long-term growth.
- Basic knowledge of formal writing and internet research skills.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Must have a personal computer/laptop with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Malaysia Time). Flexibility for occasional adjustments to New Zealand business hours is required.
- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
- Eligibility: Open exclusively to Malaysians or Permanent Residents with full legal working rights in Malaysia.
