  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

Shipping Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute shipments to meet customer requirements, taking into account cost, transit time, and delivery deadlines.
  • Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to arrange transportation and negotiate competitive rates.
  • Ensure the preparation of accurate documentation for each shipment, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Monitor shipment progress and promptly address any issues or delays that may arise.

Customs Compliance:

  • Stay updated on international customs regulations and ensure compliance with all import/export laws.
  • Prepare and submit required customs documentation, including import/export declarations and clearance paperwork.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance of goods.
  • Maintain organized records of customs documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of goods for shipment.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize inventory management and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective shipping strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Continuously assess and improve shipping processes to boost customer satisfaction and reduce lead times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of shipping processes, including freight forwarding, carrier selection, and various transportation modes.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export laws, and associated documentation requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in shipping software, ERP systems, and other relevant logistics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and customs authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
