  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Conduct regular financial performance analysis and provide insights to senior management to drive business decision-making.
  • Oversee financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the general ledger, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
  • Review and analyze financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Monitor and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and reduce risk.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory filings.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the development and performance management of staff, including training and development.
  • Manage and optimize the company's cash flow, ensuring the availability of funds for operations and growth.
  • Monitor working capital and ensure effective management of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for long-term planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in financial due diligence for potential business ventures, partnerships, or expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ideally in the retail or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems) and advanced Excel skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
