JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for receives, documents and log-in samples. Prepares and distributes samples. Also to maintain good relationship with customer and attend to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to the laboratory’s management system requirements, ensuring all procedures comply with MS ISO/IEC 17025 and SAMM standards. Accepts and receives samples from client representatives and delivery personnel, log-in client and sample information, and tests. Notes and documents problems with samples, sample containers, preservatives, etc. Delivers samples to respective laboratory divisions or to specified storage areas. providing information on bottle orders, clarification of analytical requests, and shipping/receiving instructions. Handles all telephone inquiries by providing information about MyTest Lab’s analytical capabilities, project pricing/general pricing information, and turnaround time. Initiates contact with clients regarding results clarification, scheduling difficulties, and client complaints. Resolves problems of a routine or minor nature as assigned. Liaises with laboratory staff and management, as appropriate, regarding work scheduling based on samples received and samples expected. Informs clients when laboratory capacity is such that deadlines cannot be met.
