  • Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment.
  • Handling general documentation and paperwork.
  • Performs inventory tracking and monitoring. Perform daily system to system transactional reconciliations.
  • Perform analysis basing on report and identify action plan. Analyze results & report to the management team.
  • Complete all inventory control audits as required and drive corrective action for any findings. Risk management that involve identify risk level, driving for solutions and process improvement
  • Gathering any information required by the company.
  • Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma/Corporate Administration/Marketing/Business Development or any related field.
  • Committed and good attendance record.
  • High responsibility and eye for detail.
  • Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
