  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are expanding and looking for passionate and talented Operations Manager to join us in shaping the future of finance and Nasdaq IPO Consultancy! If you are ambitious, details-oriented, and have a knack for capital markets, we want YOU on our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operational Efficiency

· Evaluate and refine operational workflows and SOPs to improve productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks

· Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement

· Lead process optimization initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

2. Project Support (IPO & Financial Services)

· Support Execution of IPO readiness projects and related finance activities

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and external consultants to coordinate timelines and deliverables

· Ensure all project milestones are met within budget and on schedule

3. Team Collaboration & Communication

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure operational alignment

· Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication across departments

· Serve as the point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating where necessary

4. Client and Stakeholder Alignment

· Coordinate with client-facing teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations

· Provide support in developing client proposals and presentations where operational input is required

· Maintain a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

· Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

· Prior exposure to finance-related services or IPO processes will be an advantage

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders

· Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with operation / project management tools is a plus

· Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related filed is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
