  • Ensure overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.

  • Minimum diploma qualification or equivalent
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Able to train/ guide/ and monitor team performance
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Able to work independently and handle daily operations efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good time management
