Account Assistant
Able to handle full set of accounts and manage day to day accounting operation activities including but not limited to:
1. Support in the overall Finance & Accounting transactions
2. Responsible for accurate and timely month end and year end closing of management accounts
3. Perform bank reconciliation
4. AR debtor monitoring and collection
5. AP payment management
5. Basic data entry tasks for accounting assistants include logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, creating invoices, and crafting spreadsheets
6. Need to communicate with vendors and customers for invoice collection and payment
7. Helping Manager to create and update financial reports, work on Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statements of Changes in Equity, and Cash Flow Statement.
8. Assist in preparation of annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting
9. Prepare monthly financial report and data variance analysis
10. Work with various internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse, etc
11. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and banker
12. Perform office administrative tasks
13. Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management
14.Experience in SQL will be an added advantage
