  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description

  • Manage company's software, hardware and networking operating system;
  • Perform Application maintenance that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting and monitoring;
  • Provides 1st level support of IT infrastructure: Printer, Server, Router, Firewall, Network Switches, CCTV, Email, and Website which include basic configuration;
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware in-house and on-site;
  • Liaising with internal users for system enhancement and external parties for quotation, software licenses and etc;
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of hardware, software and resources and perform periodically IT Asset and software audit;
  • Maintain log and list of required repairs and maintenance;
  • Install and maintain proper system of work stations;
  • Provide proactive technical support to assist in the long-term planning of the replacement and upgrading of IT systems and peripherals;
  • Responsible to source for few quotations for comparison the pricing of laptop, hardware and software;
  • Provide necessary IT support to Eco Group management team and staff at any required project site/locations;

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in an IT support or system admin role.
  • Good knowledge of networking, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with cloud-based tools, cybersecurity, and data backup systems.
  • Resourceful, independent, and able to implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
