  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Serves as the main point of contact between broadcasters/channel owners and Management, addressing complex issues and high-level expectations
  • Identify and assist in acquiring new broadcasters and content providers for the DTT Platform
  • Develop strategies to expand DTT services, including new offerings and market penetration
  • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with broadcasters and free-to=air channels, driving strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • lead the integration of new CASP license holders by coordinating with content providers, programme suppliers, distributors and facilities providers for seamless inclusion on MYTV's platform
  • Strategically liaise with B2B agencies to foster beneficial partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the legal team to draft, review and manage contracts
  • Assist the Senior Manager (SM) in liaising with stakeholders, regulators, and government agencies
  • help prepare and distribute Service Availability Reports to broadcasters/free-to-air channels
  • Assist in compiling reports to stakeholders and other documentation for Management
  • Aid in creating presentations for government bodies, corporate companies, and potential broadcasters/channel owners
  • Support client management before, during and after coordination and rebate meetings with government broadcasters
  • provide clarity and direction to the Content & Strategy team
  • Ensure team members meet performance goals and implement effective strategies
  • Maintain effective communication channels and lead by example
  • Ensure a fair performance management system is in place

Requirement

  • Proven experience in broadcasters' management, strategy development, and client servicing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to CASP licensing
  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,544.72 - RM8,000.00 per month
