Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the production team.
- Assist in daily production reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between departments.
- Maintain and organize production records and files.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support general office administration tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
