  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Media Creator to develop and execute engaging content strategies across multiple platforms. Your role will focus on boosting brand awareness, audience engagement, and driving traffic to our digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a social media content strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Develop creatives for social media ad campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, generating reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
  • Travel as needed to capture content showcasing company activities (e.g., events with military personnel).
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals and copy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in video editing & photography.
  • Knowledge of SEO & content marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Media Creator (portfolio required).

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Organized, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, Cap Cut, or similar).
  • Own transport and willingness to travel for assignments.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.) and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
