Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ work in F&B retail industry or Hospitality
- Possess at least diploma/higher education in Hospitality Management/F&B or its equivalent
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays
- Well organized and disciplined
- Strong interpersonal skill; communication, problem solving abilities and leadership skill and able to work in team
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and accurate service, building positive relationships both internally and externally, while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, reservation management and table turnover.
- Monitor stock levels, control waste and manage budgets.
- Train and develop staff to enhance customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
- Organize staff schedules, assigning shifts and duties to maximize efficiency and sales.
- Handle staff issues, including discipline and performance reviews.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and equipment standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address feedback promptly.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,595.65 - RM3,642.80 per month
