Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ work in F&B retail industry or Hospitality
  • Possess at least diploma/higher education in Hospitality Management/F&B or its equivalent
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays
  • Well organized and disciplined
  • Strong interpersonal skill; communication, problem solving abilities and leadership skill and able to work in team

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and accurate service, building positive relationships both internally and externally, while maintaining consistent quality standards.
  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, reservation management and table turnover.
  • Monitor stock levels, control waste and manage budgets.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Organize staff schedules, assigning shifts and duties to maximize efficiency and sales.
  • Handle staff issues, including discipline and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and equipment standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address feedback promptly.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,595.65 - RM3,642.80 per month
