JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Corporate Administration or equivalent
- Experience in secretary firm or related industry will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong ethical standards and a proactive approach to secretarial matters.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office application; PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the company secretary and the team with daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings and returns to relevant authorities.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of decisions and resolutions passed at meetings.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings with directors and stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence with board members and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and update corporate records, including registers, minute books, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and other external advisors as required.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Company Secretary or department head.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to secretarial matters as and when requested.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
