Position : Solution Sales Specialist

Job Description :

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to sell solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support.

Consultative Selling:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements by engaging in deep discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Tailor presentations and proposals to meet client-specific needs and demonstrate the value of the solutions offered.
  • Position and differentiate the product/service offering effectively, solving business problems for customers.

Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of the solution.
  • Help potential clients understand how the solution integrates with their existing systems and processes.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the trusted advisor for their business needs.
  • Provide continuous support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions or services.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Use insights to improve sales strategies, adapt messaging, and stay competitive in the market.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met and the sales process is optimized.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market demands.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Report on sales performance, progress towards targets, and key sales metrics.
  • Provide regular forecasts on sales performance and pipeline health.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and supply management is a plus.

Requirements :

  • At least 2-5 years in outdoor sales
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Experience in managing office facilities and resources.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
