  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of converting inbound leads into loyal clients, helping businesses achieve their digital goals. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert Leads: Engage with potential clients who reach out through various inbound channels such as website inquiries, social media, email, and calls.
  • Understand Client Needs: Listen to client challenges and goals to recommend the most effective digital marketing solutions.
  • Present Solutions: Provide detailed service overviews and proposals tailored to each client’s specific business objectives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Track Performance: Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, monitor conversion rates, and analyze key sales metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital agency or marketing-related role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Client-Centric: A strong understanding of client needs and a focus on delivering value.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tools like Zoom, Slack, or Google Workspace.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the dynamic nature of the digital agency industry.
