  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, write, and edit content for articles, newsletters, social media, websites, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce visually engaging content (e.g., videos, infographics, and visuals).
  • Create content tailored to different stages of the customer journey and personas

SEO & Analytics:

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate strategic keywords into content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Sensor.

Campaign Strategy:

  • Plan and execute content marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels.
  • Repurpose existing content for various formats (e.g., blogs into videos or infographics).

Collaboration & Research:

  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, and customer success) to identify content opportunities and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio showcasing persuasive, industry-specific sales content and insightful editorial work.
  • Attention to detail with advanced editing and proofreading skills to uphold quality and accuracy in all content.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with content management systems (CMS), CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
